Theory of Change

We collaborated with the East Scarborough Storefront on a book to explain their tried-and-tested work in authentic and lasting community change. The Connected Community Approach (CCA) is a trend-setting idea – one that invites authentic collaboration between many different people. As a rather abstract concept, there was a need to express it in a manner that’s easy to understand. This living document was created over the course of a year with the input of numerous people, and explains CCA with colourful and approachable infographics.
